Phone customer service changed my mind - fantastic experience. Online chat isn’t as helpful.

Update 15/06 afternoon - I was told by the online chat service that I should called refurbed directly, as online chat only deal with the retail product side. The phone customer service are fantastic and so helpful and have started processing my request to refund one of the insurance policies. Only removing one star because of the hassle I had with the initial refund via the online chat service. Original review at 2*: So far, not a fantastic first time purchasing experience. Refunded me for the phone but not the insurance. I bought an iPhone through refurbed and added on the liquid/ damage protection insurance for 12 months, as I assumed it needed to be purchased at the same time as the phone (like most insurance policies). I then noticed the next day, the phone was slightly cheaper and I could get it in Blue (I much preferred a blue one over a black) and purchased the blue one. I then contacted customer service right away and the marketplace seller too, asking both to cancel the first order and the corresponding insurance which has not been activated. The black iPhone order has been cancelled and refunded but they haven’t refunded me for the 74.99€ insurance, I bought again with the blue phone. I’m currently out of pocket 74.99€ with 2 insurance policies, when I only need one. I will be happy to update my review, once the insurance is refunded but it’s frustrating, going back and forth, waiting to see if they’ll refund me, when I already asked for the insurance to be refunded, in my initial contact. If the refund isn’t possible for the insurance, I’ll just cancel the order and buy directly through Apple because I don’t want the hassle of dealing with refurbed, if this is how they treat customers spending nearly 900€.
